Female Occupational Therapist

Job Description

Our client is a leading healthcare facility in Dubai, UAE, seeking a skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join their team. In this role, you will provide assessment, treatment, and intervention services to individuals with various physical, cognitive, and developmental challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Valid license or registration to practice as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience in working with individuals with behavioral autism is highly desirable
• Sensory Integration Certification is preferable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic languages

Responsibilities

• Meets the patient's goals and needs and provides quality care by assessing and interpreting evaluations
• Helps patient develop or regain physical or mental functioning
• Promotes maximum independence by selecting and constructing therapies
• Evaluates results of occupational therapy by observing and evaluating patient's progress
• Documents patient care services in patient and department records
• Maintains patient confidence and protects Clinic operations
• Prepare and deliver trainings for families and service providers
• Participates/lead in the clinic's activities such as events and awareness sessions
