Job Description

The Coordinator-HR Shared Services is responsible for providing support to the HR Shared Service team with efficient management of day-to-day processes. This includes medical insurance administration, travel and absence management, document control, Arabic Letters, Transguard IDs, GRO scheduling, and monitoring of police and immigration cases.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience required in data entry management and document control
  • The minimum educational requirements are a bachelor’s degree
  • Proficient in Excel and the English language
  • Proficiency in reading and writing Arabic is required

Responsibilities

  • Submit flight bookings and airfare recharges
  • Submit applications for residence visas and job requirements
  • Reconcile expenses and submit Purchase Requisitions
  • Communicate flight details and documentation to employees
  • Update application and certificate details on Oracle
  • Submit monthly reports to the manager
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information
  • Propose ideas to Manager to streamline processes
