Job Description

The Cashier is responsible for managing customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, card, and digital payments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, or Diploma in Accounting
• Minimum 2–3 years in a cashiering or accounting-related role
• Fluency in Kurdish, English, and Arabic

Responsibilities

• Handle cash, cheques, and digital transactions using a POS system
• Count and balance cash drawers
• Record receipts and invoices
• Arrange daily deposits to bank accounts
• Conduct monthly and yearly stock take
• Prepare reports using MS Excel
• Resolve customer complaints
