Demand Planning Manager

Job Description

Lead and oversee the end-to-end demand planning process across designated product categories and markets. Develop and enhance forecasts to support business objectives and steer the monthly S&OP cycle. Join Diageo, the world’s leading premium drinks company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Demand Planning or Supply Chain
• In-depth understanding of S&OP processes
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end demand planning process
• Maintain short-, mid-, and long-term demand forecasts
• Steer monthly S&OP cycles with cross-functional teams
• Analyze historical data to drive forecast accuracy
• Identify risks and opportunities impacting inventory levels
• Deliver reports and presentations for senior leadership
