Job Description

Join Hemmersbach as an L2 Onsite IT Technician to provide advanced technical support to end users at our customers in Istanbul.

Requirements

2 years of IT support experience
Good English and fluent Turkish
Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure AD
Knowledge of Windows 10/11

Responsibilities

Resolve escalated L2 incidents
Perform device imaging and deployment via Intune/SCCM
Support office IT infrastructure
Document troubleshooting steps in a ticketing system
