Lead delivery of WhatsApp Business API capabilities: messaging orchestration, templates, opt-in, flows, media, webhooks, error handling, retries, and observability. Build robust integrations with e-commerce, payments, CRMs, and government/enterprise systems. Ensure production readiness: logging/metrics/traces, alerting, SLOs, incident response, and postmortems. Drive secure-by-design development.
