For the Middle East & Africa region, we are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to establish and scale the Free2Move mobility platform across MEA markets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Urban Mobility, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in shared mobility, leasing, fleet services, automotive, or startup-driven ecosystems.
Fluency in English is mandatory; French and/or Arabic is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with country-level stakeholders and responsible teams across MEA
Monitor key performance indicators and provide guidance to local teams
Drive the localization, launch, and scaling of Free2Move services
Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships
Act as the primary MEA interface with global Free2Move headquarters
Lead regional go-to-market activities
Ensure compliance with local regulatory frameworks
