We are looking for a Procurement Specialist for our client, a leading company in the energy sector. The role involves managing and executing procurement operations in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain operations
Proven experience with SAP ERP systems
Solid understanding of vendor management and stock/material flow
Good command of English
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Analytical thinking and result-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
Manage and execute procurement operations (sourcing, quotation, PO processing)
Monitor critical stock levels and ensure timely procurement
Maintain approved supplier lists and evaluate new suppliers
Draft service contracts and obtain necessary approvals
Coordinate with planning, production, quality, and finance departments
Track KPIs and maintain reporting
Suggest improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
