We are looking for a hands-on HR Generalist to join our team and manage daily HR processes with high ownership and strong execution. If you enjoy operational HR and can handle SGK & labor law processes, this role is for you.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Economics
3+ years of HR experience
Good understanding of Turkish Labor Law and SGK processes
Good command of English
Responsibilities
Handle daily employee HR inquiries
Manage onboarding & offboarding processes
Coordinate employee documentation
Liaise with SSI (SGK)
Support expatriate employees with operational HR admin
