Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR or Business
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations in Turkey
Strong command of Turkish labor legislation (İş Kanunu, SGK)
Fluency in Turkish and English

Manage payroll coordination (Gusto, Kolay IK, Deel)
Coordinate employee benefits programs
