Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline
Minimum 10 years’ experience in capital sales within industrial processing
Proven track record of sales leadership in food processing
Experience managing fragmented customer bases
English fluency (required); Arabic (major advantage)
Responsibilities
Execute regional go-to-market strategy
Lead and manage a team of Area Sales Managers
Secure new business opportunities across farmers and processors
Track and report on sales metrics and forecasts
Coordinate cross-functional teams for customer resolution
