Fulfilling the requests received by the call center, informing guests about services/products, and following up on processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Associate degree in Tourism or relevant fields
• Good command of English
• Preferably 1 year work experience in travel agencies or call centers
• Living in the Anatolian Side of Istanbul
