Leading the full spectrum of HR operations in Turkey for a global partner. Includes recruitment, union negotiations, and strategy execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business
• 8 - 10+ years of progressive HR experience
• Experience in negotiating with unions
• Business English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, performance management, and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws
• Partner with Country Manager during union negotiations
• Develop and execute country HR strategy
