HR Executive Walk-In

Job Description

Walk-In Interview Details. Date: Saturday, 31st January. Time: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Address: MTec Electromechanical Works LLC, New Global Tower, Office No. 104, 1st Floor, Electra, Abu Dhabi. We are seeking a competent HR Executive with proven UAE experience in the MEP construction industry. Freshers are strictly not eligible.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE (mandatory)
• MEP / Construction industry experience is compulsory
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures
• ERP system exposure and advanced Excel skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, overtime, and personnel files
• Handle MOHRE processes: labor contracts, visas, renewals, cancellations
• Ensure adherence to UAE Labour Law
• Coordinate payroll inputs, HR reports, and MIS
• Manage employee relations and disciplinary actions
• Liaise with site teams and management on HR-related matters
