Payroll Officer

Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Officer to join our Finance & HR team. This role is crucial to ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our workforce across various sites in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in payroll operations, particularly within the facilities management industry, and possess in-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and WPS regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll for staff
• Manage WPS (Wages Protection System) submissions
• Validate timesheets, leave records, and attendance data
• Calculate end-of-service benefits, gratuities, and final settlements
• Ensure payroll compliance with local regulations and internal policies
• Maintain and update employee payroll records
• Generate payroll reports and summaries
• Address employee queries related to salary and payslips
• Support internal audits
