IT Supervisor

Job Description

The IT Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the IT department ensuring the effective functioning of IT systems providing technical support and leading a team of IT professionals. This role includes managing IT infrastructure coordinating support services maintaining system security and implementing IT projects that align with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in IT support or network/system administration
• 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role preferably in hospitality

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the day-to-day activities of the IT team
• Ensure smooth functioning of all IT systems including hardware software networks and servers
• Oversee installation configuration and maintenance of IT equipment
• Provide second and third-level technical support
• Manage user accounts access permissions and data backups
• Liaise with vendors and service providers
