HR Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions for our interior fit-out contracting company. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in blue-collar recruitment along with solid knowledge of HR processes and UAE labor regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as HR Manager in construction or interior fit-out

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end blue-collar and staff recruitment
• Manage onboarding, contracts, and employee documentation
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate with project managers regarding manpower requirements
• Oversee payroll inputs and attendance monitoring
• Ensure compliance with labor laws
