Job Description

Responsible for daily management of the HSSE document system, maintaining file databases, and ensuring document integrity.

Requirements

Full-time college degree or above
More than 10 years HSE related experience
At least 5 years experience in file management and compliance audit

Responsibilities

Maintain the enterprise HSE file database
Formulate process for file classification and numbering
Regularly review the integrity of files
Revise file management procedures
Summarize and sort out HSSE weekly and monthly reports
Prepare trend analysis reports based on historical accident files
Back up data regularly
