Senior Travel Consultant - VIP

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage and curate bespoke travel itineraries for High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and VIP clients. Handle all aspects of luxury travel planning, including: Commercial and private flight bookings, 5-star and luxury accommodations, Chauffeured and high-end ground transportation, Exclusive dining, event, and entertainment reservations. Use Amadeus or equivalent GDS to issue, modify, and manage air tickets in real-time.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury travel services
• Certifications in Amadeus or GDS systems are highly preferred
• Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic – written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Manage and curate bespoke travel itineraries for High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and VIP clients
• Handle all aspects of luxury travel planning including flight bookings and 5-star accommodations
• Use Amadeus or equivalent GDS to issue, modify, and manage air tickets in real-time
• Liaise with global partners including airlines, hotel groups, and private jet charters
• Offer 24/7 concierge-style support before and during travel
• Prepare detailed travel reports and expense tracking sheets
