Oversee and supervise drilling operations and rigless interventions to ensure safe and efficient development of Majnoon reservoirs. Lead the planning and execution of drilling campaigns, workover activities, and stimulation programs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
Minimum 15 years of experience in Wells and Drilling operations management
Experience in onshore drilling in complex environments
Responsibilities
Develop and implement drilling and rigless execution plans
Lead design, procurement, and management of drilling programs
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Reservoir, Ops, HSE)
Manage contractor selection and performance metrics
Oversee wellsite operations and rig mobilization
Plan and supervise rigless interventions (wireline, coiled tubing)
