Managing, administering, and overseeing all contractual and commercial aspects of projects to ensure compliance with contract terms and Saudi laws.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of professional experience
• Bachelor or Master of Engineering
• Legal background preferred

• Manage contract administration from award through close-out
• Ensure compliance with Saudi laws and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and review contracts, amendments, and claims
• Support dispute resolution and claims negotiation
