Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Document Controller in the construction industry only
Proven experience handling government approval processes (PASS, DDA, etc.)
Responsibilities
Manage and control all project documentation for construction projects
Handle government-related documents including PASS and DDA approvals
Maintain proper filing, tracking, and retrieval of documents
Coordinate with consultants and contractors for document submissions
Ensure documents comply with standards and regulatory requirements
Maintain logs, registers, and document control systems
