Cybersecurity Analyst

Job Description

Protect Vodafone Qatar’s digital infrastructure, networks, and data from cyber threats, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network and system logs for suspicious activity
• Detect, analyze, and respond to cyber incidents in real-time
• Use SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar, or equivalent) for threat detection
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
• Identify security weaknesses and recommend remediation
• Develop and execute incident response plans
• Perform root-cause analysis post-incident
• Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors
• Ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)
• Educate staff on cybersecurity best practices
