HR Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions for our interior fit-out contracting company. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in blue-collar recruitment—particularly carpenters, painters, electricians, gypsum workers, and other site labor roles—along with solid knowledge of HR processes and UAE labor regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as HR Manager in construction or interior fit-out is required
• Strong background in blue-collar recruitment
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Familiar with HR systems, MS Office, and labor law requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end blue-collar and staff recruitment for project and office needs
• Manage onboarding, contracts, employee records, and documentation
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and performance management systems
• Coordinate with project managers regarding manpower requirements
• Oversee payroll inputs, attendance monitoring, and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards
• Support overall organizational development and HR planning
