META Regional Financial Controller

Job Description

As a key member of the Finance Management team, the Regional Financial Controller- META will support the Regional Vice President and Global Finance team to ensure financial stability and compliance with Aramex policy and procedures. This role includes planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities for the Region.

Requirements

• Member of Chartered Accountants
• 10-15 years’ experience in a senior finance role with multi country exposure
• Desirable proficiency in SAP
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical thinking
• High level of integrity and dependability

Responsibilities

• Assists to set strategic direction of the business in the META region
• Implement a reorganization plan for the finance department
• Oversee financial compliance including reporting, tax, and audit
• Evaluate and advise on impact of long-term planning
• Oversee working capital management
• Oversee cash flow and generate consolidated monthly cash flow statements
• Prepare, validate, measure and explain variances for the Budget and Rolling Forecast
• Lead and build performance driven teams
