Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the position of Quality Manager, Bursa. This is a team management role reporting to an experienced Senior Factory Manager.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline
At least 5–7 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within manufacturing environments
Demonstrated experience managing compliance audits, system improvements, and cross-functional quality initiatives
Fluent in English (verbal and written); comfortable operating in an international work environment
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and quality data tools is a plus
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of site-wide quality systems
Ensure consistent application of quality control measures throughout production
Maintain and audit all relevant documentation to ensure traceability
Prepare for and manage external and internal audits
Lead root cause investigations and corrective/preventive actions
Analyze quality performance indicators and identify trends
Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to solve quality challenges
Lead, coach, and develop a team of quality professionals
Ensure robust product traceability and recall procedures are in place
Actively participate in plant risk assessments and crisis preparedness activities.
