Job Description

Maintain effective communication on all reservations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Requirements

• Diploma / degree within the hospitality field
• Previous experience in hotel reservations
• Written and oral proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Process and confirm guest room reservations
• Input all reservations into the computer system
• Attend to inquiries and requests regarding reservations
• Maintain up to date knowledge of hotel promotions
• Maintain established filing system for correspondence
• Organize visa requests for hotel guests
• Up-sell whenever an opportunity is identified
