Responsibilities

• Accompanying buyers during the viewing tour
• Advising clients on the suitability and value of properties
• Presenting purchase offers to potential buyers
• Identifying customers’ needs and financial abilities
• Providing advice on market conditions and legal requirements
• Preparing necessary paperwork and contracts
• Creating lists for real estate sales properties
• Reviewing purchase contracts
• Ensuring fair and honest dealing
