Commercial & Contract Manager – Facility Management & Interior Fit-Out. We are seeking a senior Commercial Manager to lead commercial operations and client acquisition for Facility Management and Interior Fit-Out projects. The role requires strong financial control, contract management expertise, and a proven ability to win and retain clients in the UAE market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies for FM and fit-out projects
• Drive client acquisition and identify new business opportunities
• Manage key client relationships
• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts and proposals
• Control project budgets, costs, and margins
• Collaborate with operations and project teams
• Provide market intelligence and pricing strategies
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations
