Operations Excellence Director

Job Description

This strategic leadership role will drive operational excellence across all operations, ensuring alignment with business goals, maximizing resource efficiency, and supporting sustainable organizational growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO), you will develop and implement divisional strategies, lead high-performing teams, and establish manufacturing excellence systems that deliver measurable results and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or Business Administration
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Operations Management or related fields
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a managerial role
• Preferred: CMRP, CPIM, PMP certifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and direct the implementation of divisional strategy
• Develop Manufacturing Excellence systems
• Manage Production P&L improvement
• Lead divisional objectives through effective performance management
• Define and lead development of production schedules
• Oversee capital projects related to asset acquisition
• Monitor operations against approved budget
