Mechanical Maintenance Team Lead (Gebze Plant)

Job Description

Responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance. Manage emergency breakdowns, promote preventive maintenance culture, and optimize equipment reliability through troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Manage blue-collar maintenance teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical-Electronics, Mechatronics or Chemical Engineering
• 6-8 years of experience in maintenance activities
• Fluency in English
• Practical know-how on utilities and predictive inspection tools

Responsibilities

• Monitor maintenance and overhauling work activities
• Manage timely response to all emergency breakdowns
• Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Take accountability for maintenance planning of technical tasks
• Perform routine checks on work undertaken by technicians
• Provide recommendations for critical spares and optimize inventory
• Organize blue collar workers in the maintenance workshop
