Requirements
At least 15 years of professional experience in quantity surveying or cost control
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
Responsibilities
Prepare and manage project budgets and cost estimates
Monitor project expenditures and track variations
Review and evaluate contractor invoices
Conduct cost analysis and provide financial reports
