Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience in the UAE
Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law
Responsibilities
Manage full HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law
Handle employee relations and disciplinary actions
Oversee visa processing through MOHRE / GDRFA portal
