We are seeking a HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations for a food manufacturing factory with approximately 150 employees. This role involves handling HR documentation, UAE payroll, and workforce administration.
Requirements
2–3 years of HR operations experience in the UAE
Good understanding of UAE payroll, WPS, and HR documentation
UAE payroll process: 1 year (Required)
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations for factory employees
Process UAE payroll, attendance, overtime, and leave management
Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR records
Coordinate visa processing, renewals, and medicals
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law
Support recruitment and onboarding of factory staff
