Assist staff with expediting problem payments and following up with guest satisfaction at The Ritz-Carlton Istanbul.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• At least 1 year of related work experience

Responsibilities

• Process guest check-ins and payments
• Coordinate with Housekeeping for room readiness
• Assist management in training and scheduling
• Handle guest calls and requests
