Job Description

We are looking for a proactive, organised and people-focused coordinator to support our personnel logistics, operations, and People & Development (P&D) activities within the UAE.

Requirements

• Degree and/or CIPD qualification in HR or related discipline
• Proven understanding of UAE labour law

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment lifecycle
• Support visa processes
• Coordinate training bookings
• Manage travel and accommodation bookings
• Handle PO and invoicing processes
