MEP Supervisor - Interior Fitout

Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on MEP Supervisor with a strong background in interior fit-out projects to join our site operations team in Dubai. You will be responsible for overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of all MEP services (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Firefighting) to ensure they meet project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily MEP site activities
• Coordinate with the interior fit-out team
• Manage site technicians and subcontractors
• Conduct site inspections for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting
• Maintain adherence to UAE authority regulations (DEWA, DCD, Dubai Municipality)
• Monitor material consumption and report daily updates
• Troubleshoot technical issues on-site
• Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP systems
