Requirements

Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for critical and senior roles
Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders
Building strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
Effectively utilizing ATS platforms and recruitment portals to maximize reach and candidate quality
Leveraging recruitment data and insights to continuously improve hiring effectiveness
Elevating candidate experience across all touchpoints
Contributing to employer branding initiatives where relevant
