The Annual Giving Manager is primarily responsible for building, supporting, and growing LAU’s annual giving program through multi-channel outreach and donor engagement initiatives. This role requires presence on both Beirut and Byblos campuses.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Minimum 6 years of experience in fundraising, annual giving, or a related field
3 years in a supervisory role
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Raiser’s Edge NXT)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
Responsibilities
Design and implement annual giving strategies
Oversee segmentation, personalization, and scheduling for appeals
Administer LYBUNT and SYBUNT outreach programs
Serve as the primary liaison between the Office of Advancement and schools
Coordinate planning and execution of the Senior Class Gift program
Monitor campaign performance and analyze results
Supervise the roles of Annual Giving Coordinator and Student Engagement Center Coordinator
