Prior experience in administration, data entry, or office support preferred
Experience in an automotive or workshop environment is an advantage
Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
Manage supplier invoices accurately
Handle customer follow-ups on vehicle repair status
Respond to telephone and WhatsApp inquiries
Maintain daily inventory records
Prepare customer quotations and job estimates
Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders and deliveries
Assist with worker management including attendance
