OPmobility is seeking a Finance Accounting Manager to lead the accounting team, supervise daily operations, and ensure compliance with statutory accounting and group reporting standards in Tuzla, Istanbul.
Requirements
A minimum of 8 years in similar role, with experience in supervising a team
Fluent in English and Turkish
Deep knowledge of local laws and tax regulations
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong understanding of statutory accounting rules and IFRS
Proficiency in SAP and advanced Microsoft Office skills
Responsibilities
Leading and managing the accounting team
Overseeing all accounting processes including bank, supplier, and customer accounts
Reconciling general ledger accounts and managing the monthly closing process
Preparing and presenting financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow)
Ensuring timely submission of official declarations to tax authorities
