Job Description

Define and lead the Group’s technology strategy across Sudan, UAE, Bahrain, and subsidiaries. Oversee digital banking growth, modernize core banking platforms, and integrate fintech solutions.

Requirements

• 15 years of experience in multi-country banking operations
• At least 7 years in a group or regional leadership role
• Strong expertise in core banking platforms (Azentio, Temenos, Finacle, Flexcube)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering
