ZIA Medical Center is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to support growth through on-ground activities, health camps, medical events, and corporate outreach. This is a field-based role requiring regular site visits.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in healthcare business development
Proven experience in organizing health camps and corporate wellness programs
Willingness to work extensively in the field
Proficiency in MS Office
Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute health camps and corporate outreach events
Conduct field visits to corporate offices and residential communities
Identify and establish B2B partnerships and referral networks
Manage end-to-end execution of events including logistics
Maintain relationships with corporate HR teams and decision-makers
Coordinate with internal clinical teams for smooth execution
