Business Development Operations Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a BD Operations Analyst to join our Business Development team in Beirut. This role will support our team with various tasks related to fee schedules, quotations, market research and other related requests. The ideal candidate will have experience in intellectual property, along with strong communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required
• Experience in intellectual property (IP) is required
• Native Arabic speaker with strong written and spoken English
• Experience in Microsoft Office is required

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, cost estimates and RFQs
• Create opportunities in D365 and regularly update them
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers on sent quotations
• Create records for new prospective customers and onboard them
• Maintain billing records on D365 by updating the required fees
• Review mismatched invoices from agents and clients
• Obtain the required fees and competitive prices from IP agents
• Assist with the development of new country-specific fee schedules
• Raise purchase requests in D365
• Conduct market research via third party databases
