Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Law
Minimum of 5 years of experience
Knowledge of data privacy, consumer, and competition law
Excellent written and oral English
Responsibilities
Provide general legal consultancy and contract drafting
Own compliance in marketing, privacy, and competition
Review Samsung compliance processes and reporting
Ensure requirements are met for new projects and products
Monitor litigation related matters with outside counsel
