A freight forwarding company is seeking an HR Executive with UAE experience in logistics. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, payroll, and visa applications while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 to 4 years’ UAE experience in freight forwarding/logistics as HR Executive
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential
Responsibilities
Ensure a fair recruitment plan and oversee new hiring, interviews, and orientations
Oversee employee recruitment and boarding skills, wage settlements, and dismissals
Supervise HR staff performance and guide employees
Assist in employee compensation and maintaining employee records
Ensure the application of labor laws
Submission of new visa and visa cancellation applications
Maintaining accurate Management/HR records and databases
Handling administrative tasks such as insurance and company license renewals
