Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience
At least 2–3 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of local labor laws
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning
Oversee employee relations and disciplinary actions
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Manage performance appraisal systems
Handle payroll coordination and benefits administration
