We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to support our Human Resources department in managing daily HR operations and employee-related activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
Minimum 5 years of proven HR experience in the UAE
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures
Responsibilities
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and HR documents
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Coordinate with PRO for visas, labour cards, and government formalities
Assist in payroll processing, leave management, and attendance records
Support recruitment activities and interview scheduling
