Design, develop, and manage scalable digital learning content and learning management platforms to deliver engaging technical training for our teams at Property Shop Investment (PSI).
Requirements
2–4 years in instructional design, technical training, or enablement
Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, IT, Business, or related field preferred
LMS administration experience
Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools
Experience creating training videos and gamified content
Fluent in Arabic and English
Responsibilities
Create technical training materials: guides, decks, job aids
Develop training videos, micro-learning modules, and e-learning content
Administer and manage LMS platforms
Build structured learning paths, certification programs, and gamified learning experiences
Maintain content quality and timely updates according to SLAs
Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts
