Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in Business Development within Recruitment and Manpower Supply
Proven track record in closing B2B manpower supply or recruitment deals
Sound understanding of UAE labor market, visa processes, and compliance frameworks
Valid UAE driving license preferred
Responsibilities
Drive new client acquisition for local manpower supply and overseas recruitment
Build and manage a high quality sales pipeline
Develop strategic relationships with corporate clients, contractors, and government approved entities
Lead end to end BD cycle: prospecting, meetings, proposals, negotiations, closures
Manage key accounts and upsell manpower and recruitment services
